I am a registered Tai Chi for Health Instructor developing a range of classes; currently I am doing private lessons, family groups and small groups. Locations will also be available in the future, so please get in touch if this interests you. At the moment I am doing solely online classes via Zoom.
These programmes of Tai Chi were designed by the Australian based doctor and Tai Chi expert Dr. Paul Lam with a medical and tai chi team. His aim is to make tai chi both accessible for all and specifically to maximise it’s health and wellness benefits.
It is all based on clinical research as opposed to learning a purely traditional style and is designed to be safe no matter what health conditions people are dealing with.
The programmes are composed of movements from across the various styles of Tai Chi. They contain a lot of Sun style and are designed to be easy to learn, interesting and to aid the development of internal strength in people with a variety of health conditions as well as being social and fun.
Don’t think that you have to have the condition to do the particular form as they benefit everyone.
